*have ordered delivery numerous times WEEKNIGHTS AFTER 10PM. and been told 45min.. (we live 3.1 miles away) and delivery is rairly on time.
We have given this store every opertynity to be the "fast and friendly" local delivery service that they advertise, and have been disapointed on most occasions.
*tonight i ordered delivery at 10:14, called 1hour later to ask about our order and was told it would be here any minute. 10 minuets after that i called again and was told that i was the only delivery, but the driver had a flat 2 miles past my house, but my pizza would be here soon...filnally had to walk across my yard to the end of the road where the 2nd driver was on his phone texting..finally got my order 1 and a half hours later - COLD!! Never again! And will be making a formal complaint to the franchise.
I don't even know where to start! I placed an order for delivery and was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 30 minutes went by I called back to check on my order. The first person I spoke with seemed completely clueless and started to laugh that she couldn't find my order. After being put on hold again I spoke with the manager and she had a nasty attitude the moment she got on the phone. She said they don't drive out to my house so she just deleted my order. What?!?!?! Lol I've been ordering from this location for 4 years . After explaining this to her she laughed and said well I changed it. I've never been so disappointed in how someone does business. Don't waste your time ordering from this place pizza hut is right down the road from them
Usually delivers within 30 mins! during pick up orders the app and screen both say the food is done. it's always still in the oven.
*have been put on hold for 20+ minuets, only to drive the THREE MINUETS it takes to get to there location, and find the store empty of customers, and all employees in the back - no one manning the counter or the phone.
Used to be on their game, but slacking big time as of late. I always use the online tracker, but lately they somehow mess up my order. If I select ranch, I get marinara. If I get bacon jalapeño cheesy bread, I get regular cheese. The last straw was yesterday; I used online tracker and said 20-30min, but took 1hr to deliver me a cold pizza. Called in at 40min, got a lot of "um's" and false promises from a young guy (he's on your road right now). Called back at 50min and spoke with an older woman, she didn't make any attempt at customer service. I told her I didn't want the pizza and I want my money back, she ignored me and blamed it on the tracker and then the delivery guy... I'm done, your competition can have my money.
Great pizza. Best Dominos in the area. Online ordering is a breeze. Awesome Tracker that lets you know when it's hot and ready!
